Obama's grandmother, Madelyn "Toot" Dunham, whose personality and humble persona shaped much of the life of the democratic presidential contender, died Sunday, two days before the election. If elected, Toot will not have the opportunity to witness the historical event of her grandson become our next president." But I'm sure that his grandmother was so proud of him when she died. He doesn't have to be president for her to know that her dreams for him had come true. She dreamed big for him and he was 'infected' by that spirit, and will live by the values and morals his grandmother taught him.
I believe Toot will be looking down on the great day that tomorrow will be. May she rest in peace....
